Glass-Filled Nylon has the following advantages:

1. The mechanical properties, dimensional stability, heat resistance and aging resistance have been improved, and the fatigue resistance is 2.5 times of the unreinforced. Glass fiber is a heat-resistant material, so the heat-resistant temperature of the reinforced material after adding fiber is much higher than that before adding fiber.

2. Because the addition of glass fiber causes the mutual movement of the polymer chains of the material, the shrinkage of the fiber-reinforced nylon decreases a lot, that is, the shrinkage of the product is much better than that before the addition of glass fiber, and the rigidity is also greatly improved.

3. After the glass fiber is reinforced, the nylon fiber will not crack due to stress, and the impact resistance of the material is much improved. Because the glass fiber is a material with certain mechanical strength, the tensile strength, bending strength, bending modulus, etc. of the fiber reinforced nylon are also correspondingly improved.
